A free poker school built on one belief: you learn poker by making decisions, not by reading about them.

The method

Every lesson here is a drill. Theory gets three to five sentences, then you're making decisions with instant feedback — the same loop that builds real skill at the table. Drills are short on purpose: five focused minutes beat an hour of passive reading.

Every practice spot is hand-checked for correctness — winners, kickers, split pots. If you find a hand we got wrong, tell us and we'll fix it the same day.

What this site is not

PokerHowTo is educational only. There is no real-money play here, no deposits, no gambling — and we don't tell you where to play. Poker involves risk: if you choose to play for money, set limits and stay within them. 18+.
